COSYNE Poster Presentation 2025

Abstract

Flying animals rely on wind and odor cues to follow odor plumes, guiding them to food sources or potential mates. However, wind direction is not directly observable and animals must actively sense their environment to estimate it. How animals actively gather and integrate multisensory information to accomplish this behavior remains unclear.
